If we're going to make progress on the 120 year lifespan in general, or whatever the health span is now, like 80 years at best, we have to start figuring out what's really going on. So if you're measuring CRP again because I'll just use an example: If you get poison ivy, it will give you high levels of inflammation. And so just trying to avoid that or optimize something locally like sports performance or something might be better than having one every single day.
