Asking More Questions Is Magnetic
When Steve's asks employees this question, what's one thing you can do to create unique experiences for our customers? And that question has them unlock new ways of making guests' experiences amazing. They feel extraordinary about themselves and that's why they flock to Steve when he visits. That's his secret. Because asking more questions is magnetic. So why don't we all ask more questions, especially questions of our customers? Maybe it's because we're afraid to be seen as ignorant or stupid for not having all the answers. We pay an enormous price for that. But research from Brooks and Gino points to a very different conclusion - most of us ask too few by far.
