The Rising Tide Lifting All Ships
The property market represents about $5.8 trillion or almost $6 trillion worth of value for household wealth. There are markets where we think that there are still some great buying opportunities, but the strategies have got to be different than what we would normally employ if we were investing in a softer market. The message there is rising tides, not going to lift all ships at the moment. It's chalk and cheese. And if we see the property market collapse, then well, you can only see what happens in the American market.
