The Opportunity for Better Collateralization Solutions
There's no reason to ever have uncilateralized loans, right? Well, I mean, people are still going to do stupid things. And that's the only thing you can like in this country basically borrow a borrow against the sub-degree unless you're talking about a line of credit while you're home and you should be able to collateralize everything. It'd be much easier liquidity and you would have less chance of a massive blow up. Better hedging solutions are going to come in. There's going to come better collateral. Insurance. All of those things will come in and then someone will work out a way of leveraging all of those things together.
