How to Get the Body You Want in Less Time

I think most people are grossly, grossly over-trained. All you really need to do is a couple fitness workouts a week and control your calories. There's a thermic effect, the protein where you get spared, a gram, everyone you eat in terms of thermic effect. You don't need to suffer. Just track your calories and come in at your deficit every day. If you mess up one day, you just get back on the horse, try again the next day. It is not as hard as it's made out to be.
