The Importance of High-End Retailing
Jerry Storch: Consumers are simply spending less on things, you know, on goods. He says high-end retailing has also been stressed particularly in the United States. The rise of online marketplace has certainly fueled the ability to liquidate products very rapidly, he says. But most of that is organized crime taking place, and it's going to thrive without a lot of effort right now, Storch says.
