How Does Low Load Training Affect Hypertrophy?

The study assessed a lean soft tissue mass of the legs via dexa pre training, mid training. The group averages were perfectly in line with the rest of the research. On average, subjects gained about three and a half, four % during both of the 12 week training blocks. A scatter plot shows the relationship of how much muscle someone gained during their first 12 weeks of training versus how much muscle they gained during their second second 12 weeks of trainers.
