The Left's Anti-Proceduralism

Young conservative law students are now willing to just say flat out, we need to have jurisprudence that protects the unborn child. So there's an anti-procedalism on the right, just as much as there is on the left in that sense. I don't think there can really be a right that his any coherence or any legs at all, unless it's able to be patriotic.
