Nick: I'm curious about the types of investor that you brought on board. Ly, we also have a mission where we want our our members to be the majority owners of a c club. And so we neded to make sure that that was part of the game plan. We couldn't have large funds participate. And the funds that did participate needed to be ok withnewas writing smaller checus. So i think in the future, though, it's going to be very different.
