Stripe Charges for Storing Payment Tokens

Stripe sent emails to their stores about two weeks ago saying, Hey, we are now going to start charging for storing tokens. Stripe never charged for that. Rain tree still doesn't charge for that as far as I understand it. All of a sudden they're like, look, you have a payments token stored on stripe. We're going to charge for that. Oh, oh, they the stripe says that these on the fly optimizations increase revenue by an average of 0.7%.
