Ultra Process Food Is Pro the Worst Things in Our Diet
We think it's a combination of factors. One is that, genly, ultra process food has very little fibre in it. The other is that orsic often contains chemicals in there that can upset the microbes themselves. And we think the microbes react against those sweeteners and produce other abnormal chemical signals till your brain to make you hungrier,. Or change other signals that are really bad. So i it's all these things that is building up the evidence that ultra process foods are pro the worst thing in our diet.
