Crowdfunding - What's the Middle Ground?

A, yes, i'm working with republic on it. M and hopefully gobro, just like we were the first five million dollar fundras, hopefully we will be the first liquidity for crowd funding as well. I don't know what the implementation detail will be. So it may be sort of a security token like crypto, orit may not be. It might be more traditional, like a stock exchange, a using an a t s or broker dealer. Andd althoughserain seragat off is, although don't you think republic, i think, is already working on that as a potential solution?
