The Risks of a Hybrid Approach to Design
You can kind of have a hybrid, I guess, sometime, you know, you can kind of still, even with the big company. Um, so Atlassian is an example. We have our Atlassian design system. There's still somewhat of an open source model to it where I can put up a PR if I want,. But there's still someone maintaining that vision and direction and cohesiveness. So anyone can be sure to say, Hey, this might be useful to others. You want to empower people contributing, but they're contributing with not all the context across the broader vision of the company or the product.
