The Power of Sharing

I think again it kind of goes back to like actually asking for help kind of like reducing that ego of like being vulnerable and putting yourself out there it'll again it'll come back. The internet's like vulnerability at scale yes is what it is you can connect people to human level of one to one. What could we do to help people need more vulnerable or be willing to share more of themselves? I don't know if I have a very like complex answer but I think it's as simple as that of like fighting small ways of Like being vulnerable in your day to day or trying to do something nice or looking out for someone and kind of stepping outside of yourself.
