The Culture of Naval Aviation

There is not much on a mission, whether real life or training, that you don't debrief in painful detail. It's hard to imagine a more intense scenario psychologically. And and so overtime, you're just honing each other's skills. You leave your rank at the door. So it doesn't matter if you're the commanding officer or the newest pilot. The job is to improve everybody.
