I would not have a problem with letting florida op out of daylight saving timend. I think that would be a fine outcome for florida, except that then, for much of the year, florida would not be in the same time zone as new york and washington,. d c or other major eastern markets. That's part of why we have the system we have now. But if florida wanted t opped out of it, i wouldn't have aproblem with that. Let us know to day explained at box dot com.
