Don't Get So Hung Up on Capital L Leadership

Some of the trouble in our submission and leadership relationship is that we're not seeing ourselves as working as a team, simply with different roles. A start by getting off the couch and asking, what is going on in my home to day, right this minute, that i could do something about? That would be a blessing to my family. And god has given you both the gifts you need to come together and have a relationship that works as a head and helper combination.
