Recalling the Places in Your Past
When we have self-worth issues, we're dealing with memories of how we were treated and what was said to us. We are living today through our memories of yesterday. revisiting the house where that took place helped me to solidify the entire image into something more positive. The most important part of the process we just went through is that it doesn't matter if your visit into the past is real or not. There's no reason that the bad feelings have to stick around if we've already learned what we needed to learn from the experience.
