Don't Follow the American Dream

The call of god on our life is not synonymous with the american dream. God has something for all of us, and that is the call that god is calling us to not to comfort and luxury. So in the first part of e scripture, paul warns against them doing what everybody else around them is doing. He warns against themdoing what they were raised to do and believe. And that you need to unlearn these things.
