Building a Team of Onboarding Specialists
The primary goal of this phase is to show that somebody other than a senior member of the team can do onboardings and still produce great metrics. The training program for each new onboarding specialist is about eight weeks. Once fully ramped, each onboarding specialist will be able to do 35 to 45 onboarding per week.
