Is This a Turkey Broker Deal?
The deal between ukraine and russia to allow for ukrane to export grain from odessa. But that was followed shortly thereafter by a russian missile strike reported ucranian grain facilities in odessa. Is this just going to be another one of those deals, like like the ones that turkey and russia were a party to in syria? Or is there real promise that ukrane, you think, will be able to actually export grain from Odessa to globa market? So i have mixed views on this deal.
