Democrat's Climate Deal, Is Back, I'm Still Living, but in a Good Way

The Senate passed a climate change bill this week, but it was killed by the GOP. CNN's John Defterios says Republicans are trying to get their way on other issues as well. He says they were caught off-guard when Democrats agreed and then backed out of the deal. The president is expected to sign the bill into law in the next few days.
