Roger Barrett - A History of the Autistic Child
Roger Barrett was a painter and musician in his spare time. By the age of 16, he had joined a short-lived group called Jeff Marta and the Matos on rhythm guitar. He would often spend hours with friend Dave Gilmore trying to learn blues riffs. Dr. Barrett's sister Rosemary has said that most of the family were autistic.
