I think there's an upward spiral there, right? Which is, i got people who didn't want to execute. People unfortunately, use ok rs as a substitute for strategy. And so they set out bold objective and then measurements of how you would know you're achieving that. With no strategy that would say you're ever going to meet that objective. Manye.
