Cognitive Therapy for Depression
Cognitive therapy was helpful for a lot of people, but not for everybody. Why is it? It has to do with therapeutic resistance actually. I think we found out why that one third of people who don't respond quickly are stuck and team that keep us in tenter hooks. We've developed 15 or 20 techniques to melt away therapeutic resistance right away.
