How to Get Rid of Your Health Issues

i was diagnosed with an incurable arthritic spinal condition when i was 20 years old. It took me a couple of years to have that likethe the break. We think thoughts that are aline with who we believe ourselves to be, how we believe the world to be. When you find out that it's not accurate, we get to fill that space with something. I want to implore people to do it more consciously and intentionally.
