The Dangers of Blow Drying Hair
The state of Arizona is requiring people to have a license for blow drying their own hair. The governor says the board in charge of determining how many hours you must practice requires those who simply want to make a living blowing hair, no scissors involved. "I can't imagine what anybody would see as the danger in blow drying hair that couldn't be accomplished by somebody in the chair saying something like ouch," he said.
