The Fall Row in Mississippi Is a 15 Week Ban on Abortion
The fall row is the culmination of a 50 year project with the explicit goal of destroying liberal jurisprudence from the mid century. Attacking the legal foundations of row is more than just, like a goal of the conservative legal movement. The modern court is the manifestation of that ideology. So this is unequivocally depressing shit, even if it's expected. And it comes to us in a very weird way, a leak to politico, yes, of just the first draft of the majority opinion. That has caused some consternation, some hand ringing among norms lovers.
