The leadership of SPSP is currently professors that are already like sort of like well established and we are taking on as early career researchers. We do have a Twitter account and we're trying to get the word out to people and get more people to sign up so that they can receive the newsletter, which is the sort of obviously the main product. I don't know the breakdown of the books that are signed up for the newsletter, you know, just like peering around at a marginalia event at the annual conference at SPSP. It does seem like folks from like a sort of wide array of career stages and backgrounds attend those events but those aren't necessarily the same people who are
