The Constant Feedback Loop

We're trained to focus on our weaknesses. Is there something within this organization that we can, that we can use this strength? You know, and there's always an opportunity to, to do that. The temptation is to click to create a very rigid set of expectations for that role. But it's a lot harder to look at a group of individuals and figure out what the strengths are in there.
