The hot button topic for myself is really centered around trust so when you're working with a managed service provider a var an agency cloud service provider whoever it is in the channel they typically have a very high sense of trust with their clients. So I've been producing a lot of content around trust and how to establish trust in the sales cycle, which we all take for granted as salespeople. We look at other professions that do a good job of establishing trust and taking people from problem to solution and trying to imbue that into our sales process to match how modern buyers buy.
