Is Dialysis a No Risk Procedure?

Just because they're not making urine and not responding to diuresis doesn't mean we have to dialize them right away. Some of those people will actually recover. And then dialysis is no small thing. We're putting a big line in the neck. There's complications possible from that. The dialysis itself, there's a lot of reasons why it's not a no risk procedure. So if we don't have to do it, then waiting may be a good idea.
