I think the government's going to move in that direction within the next, I'm going to guess two years. And when that happens they will finally be able to learn whether their markets are strong enough to compete or not. Globex has done extremely well for the countries that have adopted it. Most of the world doesn't enjoy as much of the human rights as it does in the US still and they have rules against things like standing on a soapbox and saying bad things about their government. You'll probably end in jail if you do that. So there are these restrictions and I've even discussed them ultimately with many audiences. so I don't get arrested for saying so.
