The Importance of Namespace Boundaries in PAC Work

There's not a hard and fast rule. And if anyone feels like they have had a rule, I would definitely not hear it. One of the things that we really like about PACS is that the overhead for a PAC is very low. So you can make something that's a single file with a single little help for utility or a huge self service can be its own PACS.
