adam grant: Most of us go through our lives with a particular viewpoint. It's trying to get you to take a step back and think about, what might it be about my viewpoint that diesn't serve me well? And im really ties to the idea, actually, of having what i would call a diverse board room. I can't rommend oth ther than other than your own. Which way goin o we be be recommending extensively is te question. So i i would recommend. And think again.
