She says despite Russia's failings on the battlefield, there are very few voices advising Putin to back off from his military campaign. Angela: The only public opposition he faces at home is from people like Yevgeny Prigorsian, the head of the mercenary Wagner group. But Tracey says from the perspective of the Kremlin, Wagner's most important function is to put a distance between Vladimir Putin and the colossal loss of Russian lives online.
