One way in which maybe long termisms a bit more easy to implement in your career is that you don't have the same principal agent issues, perhaps, that openfill has offering grants. But there's a couple sort of counterrevealing factors that i would throw one away on the other side, in my mind. The more s specialized your career is, i think the higher risk that you face the astale, like long tem will sort of leave you behind. And so it feels something to me where ts like i'm a littl bit more reticent to make a leke sore of one day expect tod value that in my career relative to money.
