The fundamentals for an energy crisis were in place already, a lack of diversification and over reliance on one source. Puten has functioned as the catalist that has pushed the rest of the world off the energy cliff. But i don't think it's reasonable at this point to say that puten is the energy crisis and that russia is the energyrisis. I think we have to own, we the rest ofthe world, have to own our energy crisis now. And that means that it it will go forward with or without russia. Russia can make it worse. It can make it better.
