The Fifth Year Statute of Limitations for Donald Trump

CNN's John Defterios says the equitable case against Donald Trump is extremely weak. To get that five year statute of limitations, you need to tie it to another crime and we believe he will be charged with a federal campaign finance violation. The feds here specifically declined to bring that case but there are plenty of state laws that do tie into a federal statute of some kind. He also said his strongest defense was that this was a legal expense because Stormy Daniels sued him for false business records.
