I always believe that the best opportunities are in the darkest time. And I really felt that, you know, the Midwest along with our chairman, Joe Conroy and Mike and others, that the Midwest was going to go through this renaissance. So a lot of thought went into that because at the time it was super busy. We're not an office centric firm. We are a practice group centric firms. It really does it matter.
