The Value of Introspection in Facilitation

Lionel: What really interesting to me is that you in your training are actually injecting time for introspection. And, and on the show, we've talked a lot about the value of introspection. But for me, it's co equal. It's just as important as outer speech, if not more important. I use visual boards with sticky notes so i can see how much activity there is when things are at their highest intensity. That's how i'm measuring the temperature by like a supernuity, but my first degree was in physics.
