Think about the Goldilocks method as you're entering a crucial conversation and sharing your story. The next part of this is asking for others paths. So they're referring to the path that you want in the conversation, like the goal. You're going to be asking the other person what they want out of this conversation and what their motive might be. And then the next one is encourage testing.
