How to Be an Over-Functioner
To be functional is to take responsibility for yourself and your life. Over-functioners are often in an experience of trying to, well, to put it basically, first of all, they take on their responsibilities plus take on for other people. The more extreme that gets, the more frustration, anger, and resentment on both sides. You could be 105 paired with 95 and probably do okay. But there's a spectrum. And you might be a little bit of an over-functioner or an under-functioner, or you can be a lot of one, and be paired with a lot of under-functioning.
