Every task that i had on my tudulist, i would just prefix it with the letter l, n or o. It really made a difference in termsof how i attacked that task and also when i attacked it. And again, i likin strong inner perfectionist who resisted in or doing a less than perfect job on something. But rapidly, as i and started putting this framework in place, i was able to get myself to be less of a perfectionist With end tasks and or tasks, and there save time. The satisfaction of having checked all my ell tasks was freed me to go home and not have to stress out about,. you know, the job i did and
