The Importance of Staying Hydrated

Ali: I'm assuming a bunch of you are going to be at Expo next week. As the mother hen of this, um, fun little industry that we have or the senior state's person, I have a couple of things to say. One is please stay hydrated. You've got to wear compression socks. And also just like it is very, very overwhelming and it is very over stimulating.
