I always think environmentalists should take credit for the overpopulation problem. They called our attention to it in the 60s and 70s. And we're doing something about it now, and it's getting better if trends continue. In Africa, the norm will remain your four children. That's the bad news for the world. So we must hope that that doesn't happen.
