The Effects of Vitamin B5 on the Brain

Is it true that no one ever naturally runs deficient in vitamin B5? I'll make the case to you today that it's quite possible that many of us need more vitamin B5. And that actually it's entirely possible that natural deficiency does exist and we just don't recognize it. In 1976, there was a paper by Peggy Fry where she found that nine weeks on a synthetic diet free of pentathenic acid compared to a control group with 10 milligrams per day of pent athenic acid.
