There's so many phytochemicals that we're learning more about and their specific anti-cancer activity. They do in animal models and in vitro can directly inhibit cell growth. So I think it's fair to call them anti-cancer. Now how much of that needs to be consumed by the individual to have that same effect? No, we don't know. But I think exposing the body to as many of those phytchemicals as possible is only going to be beneficial.
