Air Support to Ukraine Is Not Going to Happen Soon

If the outcome of the election is essentially lots of wrangling and days and days of waiting for a government to form, does that mean that any assistance to Ukraine is really weeks or months away? That's a really interesting point. What I would say on that is that while there are superficial differences in the ways that Israeli leaders interact with their allies, the Israeli establishment,. if you like, is pretty uniform on matters of security and also on matters of foreign relations. So one might even argue that it's perhaps irrelevant who is at the top of the Israeli system of power if the defense establishment has already made an assessment that it's too risky to lend air support for Ukraine.
