"The rules are complex for a reason, I think, is because it is so market driven," he says. "Corporations that are in charge of insurance companies and hospitals ... their mentality is to extract as much money from the American public as possible." He adds: "If it becomes complex to fight a bill, if you establish levels and levels and levels of that, eventually some people will give in"
